They will not ever reduce the AS because then their bank would be closed. I believe at the last RS one shreholder had called Tony and he claimed that he could not reduce the AS die to the CD. I believe that is just another of the many lines of BS from the company. They should just change teh name of the company to "Tony's Paycheck, Inc."
