I'm confident the so-called document will be shown to be a hoax, however I think it would be wise to do the following which OA mentioned in an earlier post:

"There is another way to get a correct O/S count out of a gagged transfer agent. Fax them a copy of your holdings and ask them to let you know how many shares you can buy before you trigger the 5% filing requirement rule. Tell them you are thinking of buying right up to 4.9% of the O/S and that you need to know how much you can buy to do so."
