Heard back from the SEC. I have never filed a complaint before but at leaset they acknowledged receiving it, have assigned a person to it, and given it a case number. They also stated that they would not provide any additional updates on ongoing investigations or the status of my complaint.
I gave them everything I had on SNRS, Rothman, Touchard, and Jones along with all the DD I have done on the company as well as nutripure beverages. (BTW my communications with the law firm representing SNRS have not been answered either)
Others have said that the SEC really does not monitor the PINKS. This may be true, I don't know but at least I spoke up and went to the primary regualtory authority. If SNRS is legitimate, then I am just someone who is complaining about a company not communicating with a shareholder.
All the information I provided to the SEC is public record and verifiable.
If SNRS is a scam, however, and enough people contact the SEC, regarding their losses, then maybe these guys' next big venture, (lol space exploration !?) will be stopped before others lose money. At the very least, a formal SEC investigation of these individuals will become public record, something that DD will turn up even if they slightly change their names (Toucharss, Touchard).
