You can send email directly to Jim. He is very good with answering email. I usually get a reply the same day, few hours after I sent.

Please explain to them what you think and so on. But I will sure to bring it up when i see them in person.

What I am waiting for is what my neighbor thinks after the Wed live demo. I probably won't get to talk to my neighbor till late Thurs or Friday.
