In fact he even "sold" Titus Real Estate LLC to BCLE when it was still called Highland Holdings International and he was CEO of E-net Financial (a real estate company btw, very relevant to bio enzyme technology I know...) Titus was first sold to E-net Financial by EMB when Shipley was CEO at EMB. He then became CEO of E-net, only to then again become CEO of EMB. Oh yeah, this all occurred from 2000-2001.

Quite a multitasker....

Also Shipley doesn't own any of BCLE stock. His other corporation Trac Investments Inc. (a subsidiary of Trac Financial Group)does (Convenient for when he's done pumping and dumping BCLE, keeps his hands clean). What CEO doesn't own company stock in their own name????? Hello, warning bells should be ringing!!!

I'm sure there's more out there, there's honestly so many companies and name changes this guy has been part of that it makes your head spin. It goes without saying that none of these companies under his direction ever made a profit. All of this was gathered from google and SEC filings. So any one here claiming to be an investor is either an idiot or more likely a paid pumper.

Any idea why in the world this was not released on the news wires this morning? What's the point of releasing good news like this on a site that has limited visibility? Unless, perhaps, it's Mr. Shipley's way of telling those of us that are loyal to the company that it's time to grab more shares at these prices, before good news comes out of the conference. Damn, wish I could be in Vegas this week, lol.
