Smells like ... um ... crap. Not only is this completely false but whoever wrote this, starting at, "Hi Gang" clearly does not understand the function of a transfer agent, details of which I need not post here. This sounds like someone trying to understand it, then interspersing some notions about naked shorting, blending them together and formulating some type of opinion and then pushing it out there as "fact" This is seen with references and connotations to what some refer to as death spiral financing using PERFECTLY LEGAL floorless CDs by unscrupulous but predatory lenders. This type of financing is often associated with a gagged T.A. but I do not think so here.
Make no mistake, Transfer agents are gagged for one reason and one reason only and there are no "senses" to it, positive or otherwise. A brief review of their posted financials suggests indeed that SPNG is growing rapidly but beware the gagged T.A. .. so govern your trading accordingly, don't drink the kool-aid and never marry this thing and you should be able to make some quick coin, just dont get greedy ...
SPNG has been and is fun to flip and there is enough to go around for all the pennyplayers out there but you know what they say about fire, .. musical chairs .. and all that.
