Tavy check Sec flings again and what 10K is going to be per June PR. They will qualify after share retirements. Keep thinking that they won't do what they say. People have said that a lot and proven wrong now for over a year.
Some example:
They never have an Sec filings showing reduction in o/s. Wrong they did file it.
They never make 40 million projected. Wrong they did.
In 08 it was they never show on 10K the 5 million and 1 million profit. Wrong they did.
If they did increase sales in 09 they show a loss. Wrong made 10 million. Last June they out out a PR stating 08 results. 10K was better. Expect same this August.
They filed in 08 and up to Jan 09 increases in A/s and o/s o fund SPNG. They said once they grew results to be self funding they start reduction of o/s by retiring shares. Well Q3 this year they become self funding and as April filings showed retired over 500 million shares they said they would in pr's.
I could go on but if you keep ignoring they do what they say your loss not mine.
I have been told by so many how bad SPNG is and they lie, won't become a big company, won't do 40 million, won't reduce o;s etc since summer 08.
Yet in all that time I kept buying cheap shares. I even said how when below 08 highs eventually people see that was cheap at 5.6 cents. I most shares under 2 and 1 cent.
Now I am telling you with plans they have even 28 cents will eventually be cheap. Nothing posted that make up negative opinions has stopped SPNG from anything they planned long ago to do. To build a big company and that is what they are doing.
To lower o/s with share retirements and move to Nasdaq haS BEEN THE PLAN SINCE 08. Now with fiscal 09 results so good they can move up.
Heck we have better results then 100's of Nasdaq listed companies do for 09.
