I use TDAmeritrade platform commandcenter 2.0. In that, I can open NTRZ last trade window and leave it there until evening.
There has been 3 after-hour daily trade since the beginning of May. All daily three transactions are equal number of shares usually between 120,000 to 140,000 depending on the day. But every day, it has been traded like a clock at 16:04, 17:20, and 20:10 pm.

I don't know why 17:20 and 20:10 PM transactions are not registered in otcbb. BTW, I could not see any transactions in your link.
