I never said anything about concrete. We have given been given clues as to the NI's proximity by the company though via PR. While in the past the NI was in the company's plans or under way, we've now been given notice that it is in its final editing stages and will be completed shortly. Thus, one would be hard-pressed to assume that it will be too far off in the distant future.
