I understand your views and concern and certainly agree that the corporate governance issue must be settled. However, I think that the timing and methods used to achieve those standards maybe the hangup! Granted the time for action is upon us to achieve those goals and should not be delayed without a complete outline, if how to get there and a timeline that must be adhered to!
