Sounds like you have put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into DD'ing this stock and staying abreast of the goings on with it. Now you seem to have decided that there is no saving this company and it will go down the tubes for sure. And yet you still are devoting a significant amount of time and effort into it. Has it become an obsession with you or do you have other ulterior motives?

Excellent work! I commend you for your thorough DD and as much as I wish this stock was still a good buy, I believe you have arrived at the best conclusion. I have to keep being reminded about the truth of this stock as I still can't believe all the things that have been allowed to happen here. I got out during & stayed out since the bogus "buyout offer." GLTY

talkoption, i am having some issues.....

i admire your posts and insight. however, i just cannot believe a former R/A with the IRS would invest in this obvious turd. all you have to do is look at the released financials to see this is a scam.., the 2008 financials look like they were done by a teenager. obviously an R/A with the IRS would have taken accounting 101. the statements are laughable. comeon......
