Who knows. Looks like weak hands to me. Buying volume has picked up though. What I do know is I would not want to be short when the next PR gets released saying multi-million dollar rolling contract signed.
been watching buy and sells for most of day, price got pushed down on very little volume early and there have been many more buys than sells and some decent chuncks of buys, seems much harder for price to get back where it was than to bring it down seems like they just put it at where they want it
