Remember Olga was new at the November CC and she stole the show. I think Short, Leo and maybe one of Olga's assistants could handle the financials. With the recession, I bet they got many resumes in already for CFO, and maybe a few from Phoenix that could start immediately. But they will certainly check them out first and no way be ready by mid-August.

This will be very important for Short. He needs to shine and hopefully he will have some ammo by then, like a deal or money or such. I have no idea if he is a good speaker or not, but with his success in many companies, I can only guess he is adequate at any rate. We shall see.
