The last news I got is Alan is trying to get finance for the company interested in merging. (My observation)--> As you know the financial sector those days is not that good. Almost nobody want to lend if the government doesn't guarantee the loan. Thats all I got if you need more info try to contact Alan but so far he never replied to my emails.
