I believe beta of Yukon with AMD64 bit support has been released (I don't have it yet). General availability is scheduled to be available in H1 2005.

When Windows Server AMD64 is released (similar timeframe), there will be an option to run SQL 2000 with 4GB memory under that version of Windows.
