The Company’s transfer agent do not list the defendants as a verified shareholders ----
the key to the lawsuit. the TA had no record of our ownership, so we had to prove where we got them, that was relatively easy for those of us that purchased them thru our broker.
now where our broker got them? that's the NEW question one which we are asking our elected representatives to find out, since the brokers won't tell us, and the DTCC says they don't know either.
the fact that the DTC claims not to know should be of great concern to all people participating in the markets. they claim to be the experts and are paid as such. therefore they are also liable.
i would still like to know if short-sellers were on the lawsuit list. a short position is still a position in ht company.
