Are you inferring that Doug has achieved some sort of Cold Fusion?

Because, from a chemical standpoint, he claims to use 133% of the thermal energy of E85 (the exothermic reaction of fuel burning in air).

That leaves nuclear. I think we can agree E85 is not fissionable material, that leaves a fusion reaction.

Forget cars and engines, Doug needs to win the Nobel Prize in Physics if he's achieved that.
