100M shares on the bid....who is doing this....the company is...this is part of the O/S that were authorized and are being sold as part of the death spiral financing deal....what does that mean for you...dillution, dillution, and more dillution; hence resulting in moves of stock to become less likely and when it does move up, if ever, it will crawl at a snail pace....
