I agree with your post wholeheartedly. There can be no logical explanation for DR's silence within the context of running a business; other forces must be at work.

The one explanation that comes to mind is that, as currently priced, CTGI has little money to pay off lawsuits, La Jolla or any other outstanding debts. Those pricks can threaten and cajole all they want, but you can't squeeze blood from a turnip. And with so much of his own cash at stake, it's very understandable that DR won't dilute simply to pay off lawsuits if he doesn't have to.

In the best case scenario, Don is swinging a deal for pennies on the dollar to those he owes money to. When that deal is cut, we move ahead (quickly I hope) with a selling of LTC for a flat fee plus a % of future sales.

In the worst case scenario, Don has decided that he persoanlly can't spend another nickel on CTUM and is fuitlessly working the phone to try and wrangle one more cash infusion.

lowman...IMO, the problem is not management trying to dump shares...the problem is they are not good enough to "get it sold", or the products aren't as good as management believes...
I think management fully believes in what they have....they just can't get it done for what ever reasons... The CEO bought a bunch of shares over 60 cents...why should an investor follow his lead...his competence should be questioned.
