Most of the shorting that goes on with a sub-penny stock is more likely to be of the shady variety, than any following rules.

re: I heard/read/made up some where that MM's can borrow our shares that we own? (Yes/No)

But if we put them up for sale they can't borrow them? (Yes/No)

So if true and we put all our shares up for sale at .05, with the low share count we think they have, that alone, they might move it up good!

Am I dreaming on this?
