as i have replied numerous times on board, my queries to the

company have resulted in non direct, non affirming, non specific answers.

much like anything proffered here by anyone communicating with management. its either all non direct, non affirming, or non specific, or invariably qualified with the usual IMO/IMHO, thus rendering it useless.
