the company told me that a PR is going to be released within days just waiting for the CEO to sign it. Its all about what the company has achived and what their future plan is etc..
Regarding o/s, a/s and float they said they will update that today and I think they have done that.
The big meeting is on Monday but we will get to hear the outcome on Tuesday or Wednesday according to the company. They sounded a bit uncomfortable when I asked whats the chance of this deal going through. It seems to me to be a 50/50 chance now that I have spoken to them. According to the guy on the phone several other people contacted him today , and that's probably why there was a lot of sell off today!
