The market, for this stock, is just correcting itself. If you have 250 million share O/S with an enterprise value 25 million dollars, you get 1 penny per share. If, you increase the O/S by 4 times without a change in enterprise value, you get today's PPS. The market believes the new A/S will become the new O/S and ruin any value of existing Shares.
