Watch for set-up - and then trades are signalled when CCI crosses 100/-100 from over/under (respectively). The SPX/VIX in upper window and VIX w/BB at bottom of chart are "feel good" indicators that seem to closely validate the signals:

1) SPX/VIX crosses MA
2) VIX crosses midpoint of BB
