If one sucks on too much nitrous, besides talking like a girl and laughing a lot, you may go blind. :-D This appears, hydrogen, to help not only with mileage, but a cooler running engine with a reduction in NOx. Good stuff, but expensive to extract as well. (btw: extraction produces a hydrogen vapor)
