I agree, I was only trying to give an answer that yes there may be some factoring of the report into this run up, but surely not the totality. imo

Thanks for the replies, just needed to knock that off the table. I do failure mode analysis at times and can seem pessimistic on occasion when everything is moving along extremely well.

There will be sellers but most importantly there will be buyers beyond the I-Hub universe that will now know about SRSR due to our fabulous NI report! And I do mean fabulous.

We will get to that .60 valuation. Will you be around for that!
