i agree and the company now denies to be working with said group

but the company also acknowledges a short position as well

The NSS theory is the goto claim for every heavily diluted BB or pink sheet company. It never applies in the end but it is always used to explain an uncomfortable amount of dumping by insiders.
This company is no different.. Huge AS, very big OS and a gagged TA.
