TRGD had debt.Hardly surprizing.They cleared that debt.Rough calculation,maybe 2-2 1/5 million of debt.So what?

Why do you own shares in this awful company?
You must really want to suffer.
Forced to own a company you do not want.Hmm.

Breakdown of PZG Stock Sale & Other

To the best of my knowledge:

- 1.5 million shares PZG for swap with Tara Minerals shareholders, which valued PZG shares at about $0.70

- 0.9 million shares PZG to settle debt at around $0.70

- 4.6 million shares PZG at avg. $1.07 (4 million of which were restricted). Not an amazing price, but considering most were restricted, not too bad.

Furthermore, the sale will allow Tara to keep all the equipment at Picacho, which was appraised at $1.2 million (otherwise might not have since property was in default).

FYI, Tara Minerals currently has about 41M shares outstanding, of which about 32M are owned by Tara Gold.

I hope that helps. I agree that Rich should have made all of this more clear, especially given the fact that we can't just sit back and wait for next quarter's financials to elaborate in more detail since they may never come.

I own shares of TRGD and TARM. I do not own shares of PZG.
