VIKING163, how would you define a scam?;

Since the CEO took over 2 years ago, INBG has never done any business while issuing 1.2 Billion+ shares of stock. As of today, they have not established a business.

Sham or scam; you can call it either but both apply. You do not think INBG is either? Why?
