Not unexpected, might be others coming. I'm sure when the PR comes it will explain all these filings.
Maybe the A/S will have to move up, and if that is required to get CHDO moving BIG, not a concern here.
Would not surprise me to see that happen and when $$$$$ start flowing in maybe a buy back of those shares or more.
JMHO, and speculations.
I'm sure others will have their insights to all of this and will express their opinions also.
