Ruby: I agree. ALSO: NOT knowing about the directors death for a week is not all that unusual. Directors do not usually live in the same area (I had directors all over the U.S.) and rarely work in the same office. If the next of kin did not immediately notify headquarters it could be a while before someone from the office tried to contact the director.
