That is another way to look at it. I do think that the stock buyback is a good idea and if they are going to change their approach on the e commerce site...that is good too. The moves declared are all good moves which will help the company, which in turn will help the stock price.
I will say this: As a personal rule...I invest in penny and sub penny stocks knowing that 95% of the companies are not going anywhere and are worth crap and highly risky.... Only 5 out of 100 (maybe) companies are worth something and will amount to something. The 95% of the crap companies will go up on good news and buzzz...and will settle down again in a matter of time. That is one understanding that I am clear about.
There are good companies here too....with real products, good industries, good plans.....they are looking for financing and have a good management team with them....and they might amount to something....those are the ones that need to be searched for and kept long.
