I think we should consider Sinopec's stance as being a novice at deepwater therfore they will not be as cute as Chevron was in OBO1 ..Chinese officials back home have a very public situation in JDZ and want their company to look good....We'll see though because in the end..Who knows..

Bay, I have been informed that the Kina drill will basically be TDC. So well placed that reputations are staked on it's success. It is considered to be a near 'slam dunk' for commercial production ... and we're talking big numbers.

However I do not understand how and why this not have to go public with a huge find can cope with ERHC Energy’s vision to maximize shareholder value
