Your concerns are well founded, ita a pink. They all dilute at one point or another, the Question is how much for how long.

anthony, all i can do is watch the bid whacking and the boardmarks dropping. a few posters here have been relentless in their negativity for the last few days. this can and will create panic and selling. if you still think there's no way posts like "i smell dilution" can hurt the stock price, maybe you should sell and move on.
