Justice is slow in both Canada and the USA.
The SEC still hasn't done much more discernable other than open an Inquiry into the matter.
Although I do believe that once the OSC rules, the SEC will move much faster on SLJB and Devries, being an American company and an American citizen.
PV and SS will also get named in any SEC suit.
