I was told by admin that calling someone a basher was a personal attack and not allowed.

Now this exact issue is addressed in the handbook and is part of the TOU. If you are going to try and utilize the TOU as a defense for removig posts while using personal opiniosn of posters being annoying then you are going against the same TOU you are trying to defend.

This guy is just being annoying! What can I do?!


Being "annoying" is not a TOU violation and is very subjective. If his/her posts don't violate the TOU, please don't remove them. If you want a review of a Member's posts, please send links and a short message detailing how you feel the Member continually violates the TOU to IH Admin.

Simply because somebody may think I am annoying or disruptive means nothing in regards to TOU. SO in defense of the TOU your comment about being obnoxious has nothing at all to do with the TOU and the contents of a post.
