Show me where it says ihub is a private forum.
What makes it a private forum is the fact you have to sign up as a member and agree to the user agreement before you can post.
The public can read the posts, but they can't post.
The fact that ihub was created as a place for the public to discuss " Securities" and make investment decisions that are based on content of the board involve ihub in a different venue and different set of rules then a chat room to discuss home and gardens for instance.
If you make your investment decisions because of something you read on a message board I feel sorry for you.
ihub is not Matts or yours or anyone else's private playground where Matt or you can censor or otherwise edit posted information.
From what I have seen in my almost ten years here, admin and the mods only remove posts that violate the TOU.
I know that some rouge mods have gotten control of some boards and deleted some posts they shouldn't have, but they were dealt with in due time.
Admin has never, ever, to the best of my knowledge, edited a post. Do you have proof that they have, or are you simply here to make allegations and cause problems?
Consequently, because investments in securities are often based on information gathered here, you or anyone else can not be allowed to use your own personal subjective opinions to manipulate the information that the public is allowed to see when making their investment decisions.
You can manipulate information too. Pumper clowns do it all the time.
Again, admin does not attempt to verify the accuracy of posts, and never will.
Why is that so hard for you and others to understand?
If you don't believe me, ask Matt.
You have come here and stated as fact that Matt has used Ihub to manipulate the information posted by others, and posted misleading info himself and I say you are FOS.
He hasn't even been charged of doing that.
Please go find someone else to worry the crap out of.
