You're missing the point. ihub is a "public" forum where investment decisions are made and Matt personally controlled what information was allowed to be viewed by the public. He in fact manipulated the flow of information people used to make their investment decisions with.
Exactly how do you know those things you call "facts" to be true.
You might think it happened, but you don't know them to be facts.
