95% of all corpartions who are registered in Nevada are NOT legitimate companies. They are scam, share selling companies that only exist on paper to sell worthless stock to unsepecting newbies. They always have a grand *plan* and make you think they are the next Microsoft. Less than 1% of all pink sheet stocks actually migrate off the *pink sheets* to OTCBB or higher exchanges. Since they are not compelled by any SEC Law to file any kind of financial documents on the pink sheets, it's like the wild west. Now with all that being said, can you make money buying and selling these stocks? You bet your sweet ass you can.
