If it's well know perhaps you can supply some factual information in support of your idea ?
Not saying you're wrong but I'd like to see what you have to substantiate your claim that Roger was a conduit as I'm sure others would appreciate it too.

To my knowledge, no one provided the information previously and therefore if you have additional information, preferably with links, please feel free to do so as there are a number of shareholders that are quite frankly starving for information. I think that shareholders, (myself included) would like to see a positive outcome regarding both publicly traded companies. Therefore, if you can provide information that can be discussed in a public forum, there may be a number of shareholders that would be interested in what you have to say.

My prior post has been one in a series, in which I've been going back and reviewing prior affiliations that the company has had in the past, and seeing where the affiliation is now. Hence the post about CMC...

In February 2008, Spooz filed suit against Capital Markets Consulting (Spooz, Inc v. Capital Markets Consulting, LLC, The Curcuit Court of Cook County Case No. 207 L 002442) claiming a breach of contract related to the development of SpoozToolz.
