If that were the case you would think he would PR something to show the shareholders he is working to get Xkem up and running. And how can he produce without any license
Good point. If anyone mislead S/H's for years it was SB. He pumped this thing like crazy. If we can prove he exercised stk options along the way he's got problems-big time.
Proving it might be as simple as correlating his pumps w/his sales.
It seems to me that the judge may want to explore this area too.
