Welcome back Mick...Nice filing today to lock-up the Santa Barbara residential project...

They need to file '08 Q3...audited annual 2008...& '09 Q1 financials to get re-listed on OTCBB...They'll then have access to the $10M Equity line of credit with Dutchess Private Equity Fund...

These guys work slow as they're short of cash...and probably need $100K-$125K for the completed three financials...
