Bio-Clean Internation Inc. ONLY have 9% stake in American Bio-Clean Corporation.

Does American Bio-Clean Corp even make profit or net profit? And 9% ownership what will give you?

If you read the filing when the company started, did you read that American Bio-tech got $19 million and the company was not in operation. Guess who owned American Bio-tech?

If I remember correctly, American Bio-Clean got $400K or $800K worth for 9% ownership.

Looks whose names were behind all those companies. Then we had R/S late 2007 and then again early 2008 and late 2008

Do read the filings and what took place since. Who owned what and what. Connect the dots and you will have a lot of questions.

This is why I got out today and took 20% loss right away because soon you will find out things you won't like.

Wil this stock be a good bet, maybe at much lower price .. not here.
