The first sentence of the PR (see below) is what I have trouble with. They say "it's" meaning WRGL. That's a false statement until the merger is final. They don't have anything yet!

"Warrior Girl Corp. would like to inform the investment community that IT'Sfirst commercial sized unit to extract oil from tar sands and oil shale is operational and being tested this week."
