On the DD by EDS, most large companies are continously monitoring the new technologies out their with their advance engineering groups. EDS probably knew just as much on EVRM as they did the day they fist met for a meeting. If they planned to meet they would have done a search with lawyers if they were interested in them ahead of any initial meeting. This is done to see if the small company is truthful in their dealings. This is part of the game. Big companies know how to do this and they also steal alot of technology from companies if they are not smart too. I have had friends in the IC business tell me that they never show all their technology to large companies because soo much has been stolen. I believe if EVRMs tech is good they have it protected. I believe their investors are making sure it is protected. Unfortunately I have been screwed on stocks when the boards keep saying how great the management and technology is and they go quiet so i have to question the people on the board and management when we hear nothing. Time will tell hopefully this will be the std for all of the scan security like MSFT has been for PCs I hope so but I am beginning to have my questions.
