This PR is bogus! WRGL has NO "first commercial sized unit to extract oil from tar sands". Maybe the company (amrpco) that is merging with them on 8/10/2009 has an extraction plant but that merger has not taken place yet. Also there has been other companies who had commercial sized extraction plants but all they extract was tar for roads. Also, what is WRGL's definition for a "commercial size" plant, 10 barrels a day 1000 barrels". WRGL is being promoted/pumped to the tune of nearly $200,000 by several promoters.
