Heh...I've seen worse pump and dumpers get little more than a slap on the wrist.

To my knowledge no one is really investigating these guys. I have seen much more intense investigations and if they were seriously going after these guys the stock would have already had the 10 day halt.

If you really want this puppy investigated you need to get a substantial group of investors to call the SEC and complain.

If you really want to go that route I might know a prosecutor for the SEC in the Atlanta office that might tell you what you need to do. Send me a PM if you want the information.
