General a company is not required to maintain the price of it's stock.

GG I disagree, I think it is the job of the company to do what is best for the share holders. Right now keeping quite about the O/S might be what is best.

We all know the stock price should be higher based on just about every price per share evaluation formula. Which leads us to two possibilities: dilution or NSS, most likely one of these is holding us back.

We can pick our side if we think it is NSS go long if we think it is dilution short it. Personally I am putting my bet behind management and am long, it is the safer play. I prefer to align my self behind people who are or will be held accountable for what they say and do, rather then random people on internet boards.

If i am wrong, in the end I will admit it and lose the .05 (average) I paid for each of my shares. However if I am correct not one of my shares are leaving for less then $1. Could be the gambler in me but I like those pot odds. Place your bets this thing will not go sideways for long we should know soon enough.

So what you're saying is the company must have a REALLY good reason not to? Right? Again with the logic! Just use it!

THERE IS A REASON!
