Send them to Jim Slim. I have had quicker turn around times with my emails to him than Frank. I think Frank is pretty focused on the products and product launch of Ascend right now.

You won't send email to the hend of GE or MSFT and expect them to reply to you, do you?

Send to IR, that's what he is for. If you send to CEO, you might have to wait for your answers longer or don't expect it at all.

You can also pick up a phone and call. Frank has his number listed.

I get answers in minutes usually. Up on this site is all that info, the email they answer quickly and the numbers verified today by the TA to me and others.

They don't know who is selling Slim, and if they did they couldn't tell you unless it was them, and it's not them.
