His and their whole argument is that they produced bogus documents to lift the restrictions.. This would explain why they changed transfer agents.. They mightve all of asudden refused to process them anymore?
It is important to remember that the shares RME has are restricted, thus can not be sold to the open market only back to SPNG. Anyone who tries to imply that RME is selling shares to the open market obviously does not know anything about this company or is just trying to scare people out of their shares.
those RME shares were indeed dumped into the open market and anyone who implyed that RME did so was 100% correct and anyone who listened to them could have saved huge monetary losses.
